Défi / Challenge : Elrond old school GW

Hi all

For our third challenge within Chestnut ink team, we have decided to paint a well know character : Elrond

But ok... it would have been too easy to find a nice mini of Elrond... So let's go for a very old school one, from 2001... Games workshop Lotr brand

Even within the golden demon winner directory, I hardly find this mini painted... maybe because the sculpture and moreover the molding is really crap !!!

Thus we will try to do our best to render this correctly... I hope !! but it will be fun to see how to paint such mini that appears horrible today, with the very high standard we have now in 2017 ;)
