Ce mois-ci j'ai choisi une sortie commerciale d'une marque de très haut niveau, Life Miniature. Le buste, peint par Sang-Eon Lee frôle la perfection!

Ce mois ci, j'ai peint ce modèle d'Alexandros Models, offert aux participants de l'exposition de Sèvres.

This month, I painted this bust from Alexandros Models, given as a gift to Sevres competitors.

Je me suis particulièrement concentré sur le placement des lumières et la justesse des teintes, ce sujet laissant très peu de place aux choix de couleurs;
I focused on lights and correct color definition. This kind of models is not adapted to color fantasy.

Step by Step - Tatouage du buste Orc / Bust Orc Tatoo

Un petit Step by Step sur le tatouage de mon buste d'orc.

A little step by step on the tattoo of my bust of orc.

Première étape : On trace les contours du tatouage.

Step One: Draw the contours of the tattoo

Si, comme moi, c'est votre premier tatouage, faites les contours en pointillé en premier pour pouvoir corriger plus facilement.

If, like me, this is your first tattoo, make dashed outlines first to be able to correct more easily.

Seconde étape : On marque plus franchement nos contours (coté droit du buste)

Second step: We mark more frankly our contours (right side of the bust)

Puis on remplit de façon uniforme notre tatouage.

Then we fill our tattoo uniformly

Troisième étape : On vient reprendre les zones de lumière avec notre couleur de base de tatouage éclairci.

Third step: We just take over the light zones with our basic tattoo color clarified.

Dans mon cas, j'ai utilisé du Dark Sea Blue (Couleur de base du tatouage) avec du Vert Olive Foncé  (Vert de base de la peau).

In my case, I used Dark Sea Blue (Dark tattoo color) with Dark Olive Green (Basic Green Skin)

Dernière étape : Comme pour l'étape précédente, on vient maintenant insister sur les zones d'ombres du tatouage.

Last step: As for the previous step, we now come to insist on the shadows of the tattoo.

J'ai utilisé du Rouge Noir afin d'apporter de la couleur chaude dans mes ombres, et ajouté un pointe de noir ensuite pour les ombres les plus profondes.

I used black red for the warm color in the shadows, and then added a black tip for the deepest shadows.

J'ai reproduit les mêmes étapes pour le crâne.

I reproduced the same steps for the skull.
